A BIT ABOUT ME
Sports and exercise have always been a main part of my life. From high-board diving, to trampolining, to gymnastics, I have trained, improved and competed at county, regional and national level.
Having worked as a sports and diving coach, and completed my personal training qualifications, I am in the perfect position to use my experience in teaching and passion for fitness to help others lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.
I will push you to achieve your goals but also to make sure you look forward to our sessions and feel confident in yourself. I want to help you enjoy the process, learn to love the benefits and joys of training and to see what your body is capable of achieving.
